Refund Policy

Aegis Gold sells digital software licenses (Expert Advisors) with automatic delivery by email and through the Members Area.

Crypto payments: NOWPayments does not support automatic refunds. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed/finished, any refund (if applicable) must be processed manually by us.

Policy:

• No refunds for change of mind after the license key has been delivered.
• No refunds for trading losses (past performance ≠ future results).
• Manual refunds may be considered if: duplicate payment, a system error preventing license delivery after 48 hours, or special cases confirmed by support.
